Notes for LP purchases:

• Minor jacket wrinkles, corner dents, or cracks are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is an obvious playback defect.
• The inner sleeve may crack due to contact with the disc; this is not grounds for return or exchange.
• Disc labels may not be applied perfectly smoothly due to the manufacturing process.
• Damage to the outer shrink wrap that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for exchange or return.
• Turntables without tonearm or weight adjustment (typically all-in-one models) may cause skipping on tracks with large dynamic range variations. Playback issues caused by device limitations are not eligible for return or exchange; use of a tonearm-adjustable turntable is recommended.
• Static electricity and dust may affect playback; use a dedicated cleaning product to resolve this. Dust buildup on the stylus needle may also cause playback issues.
• Disc surface unevenness or warping: returns/exchanges accepted only if playback is affected.
• The center hole diameter may be manufactured small to minimise distortion during repeated playback. If it does not fit the turntable spindle, use a dedicated centre-hole adjustment tool.
• Minor surface scratches or imperfect finishing: returns/exchanges accepted only if playback is affected.
• Color discs: actual color may differ from web images; color variation between units can occur during production; small dots or color dye inclusions are possible.
• For exchange/return requests due to clear defects, contact the customer centre with photos, video, and your playback device model name.
• Returns due to accidental purchase or change of mind are not accepted for LP products, as jackets are susceptible to shipping damage and resale is difficult.
